In case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, and the time and date of your use of the Service.
This game uses Google AdMob. Google may use advertising IDs from the device to serve ads based on the user's interests. You can opt-out of interest-based ads in your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).
Game progress stored in Cloud Firestore is linked to an anonymous Firebase Auth ID. This data is kept to allow you to resume your progress across sessions.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

Since Whales Abyssal uses anonymous accounts to protect your privacy, no personally identifiable information (such as your email address or name) is stored or linked to your gameplay.
How to delete your data:
What data is deleted? Upon a deletion request, we permanently remove all game progress, including your krill count, upgrade levels, and engagement scores associated with your ID. No data is retained after deletion, with the exception of anonymized, aggregated statistics that cannot be linked back to any individual user.
